'Guarantee' is not a word we use lightly, but it is a word we use often and with good reason. We believe that our guarantees are what truly make our service unique and as such, they form the foundation for everything we do.
When you choose to work with us, we GUARANTEE the following:
- We will ensure that the work we do on your accounts is 100% accurate, 100% of the time
- Your tax liability will consistently be the lowest possible. With our unique internal systems and processes every possible claim, allowance and provision is utilised to full effect. We don’t believe in employing separate tax experts and accounts experts – every member of the CAS team is highly trained in both disciplines, meaning you have the ideal combination of skills in one person
- If it ever arose that you had paid too much tax due to the way we had prepared your accounts, we would repair any damage free of charge. If you had still suffered a tax loss after we repaired the damage, we will pay the extra tax or if greater, return 100% of your investment in us for those accounts and complete the following year’s free of charge
- We will act with integrity, honesty and openness in everything we do
- We respect absolutely the confidentiality of our working relationship
- You will never receive an unexpected bill
- We accept that you are the sole judge of our performance. If anything we do falls short of your expectations, we will – without question – respect your right to a full fee refund
- We will return all phone calls and emails within 24 hours and you will never be charged for this service. Should we fail to honour this guarantee, we’ll send you a cheque for £100
